To solve all Diablo 4 Faded Plaque Riddles, pay attention to the word that is written in all caps, such as GIVE AID or EMBOLDEN. These words are actually clues to what action you should do next which involves your emotes.
These are the words that have been discovered so far, their respective emotes, and what buffs they provide:
GIVE AID
If you see the “GIVE AID meek powerless” message, use the Help emote to get a temporary Barrier buff. This buff will give you a barrier that will allow you to tank more hits.
EMBOLDEN
If you see the “EMBOLDEN soul unrelenting evil” message, use the Cheer emote to get a temporary Emboldened Spirit buff. This buff gives you a spirit companion to help you fight against enemies.
GREET
If you see the “GREET Death open arms“ message, use the Hello emote to get a temporary Shadows’ Embrace buff. This buff makes you invisible for a few seconds.
