SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake offers unlockable campaign costumes as you progress through the main story, but even if you complete the game, two costumes remain hidden, and one of those is the DutchmanBob campaign costume.

How to Unlock the DutchmanBob Campaign Costume
This objective will only be available after completing the Halloween Rock Bottom campaign. If you’ve already done this, open your world map and fast-travel back to the Kandyville checkpoint in the Halloween Rock Bottom map.
Once there, talk to the Flying Dutchman in front of you to initiate the quest. You’ll eventually be tasked with finding three fake Dutchmen, and completing this quest grants you the DutchmanBob Campaign Costume.
Where to Find Fake Dutchmen for the Flying Dutchman Quest
Finding all 3 Fake Dutchmen in the game takes place in the Halloween Rock Bottom map. Here’s where you can locate them in order:
Tips: You may quickly travel to any checkpoint on the map by using the fast travel to checkpoints feature. To do this, open your world map and select on the little clams that represent various areas throughout the map.
From where the Flying Dutchman is, move ahead and take the path to your right, then swing and climb on top using the trampoline until you reach the house on the farthest corner. Go around it to find the Fake Dutchman.

Fast-travel to the Shadow Theater checkpoint. When you arrive, walk straight ahead and take the path to the left of the shadow theater. As you jump across the pipes, look to your left and you’ll find another fake Dutchman near the cliff, by the green river.
Fast-travel to the Rock Bottom Museum checkpoint. Once there, descend the ledge, immediately turn around, and then go around Gary’s portraits to find the last fake Dutchman and a Golden Doubloon.
After replacing all of the fake Dutchmen’s costumes, fast-travel back to Kandyville and interact with the Real Flying Dutcham to complete the quest and receive the DutchmanBob Campaign Costume as a reward.
To equip the costume, simply head over to the Costumes Shop Menu, then select the costume under the Campaign Tab.
