Sony Interactive Entertainment has recently announced the new Final Fantasy XVI PS5 bundle, controller and console cover.
After this month’s big gameplay showcase and the recent announcement of the pre-order date for the physical editions of Final Fantasy XVI, a new revelation has been made. There will be two versions of Final Fantasy XVI PS5 bundle which will be available starting on June 22, 2023.
According to the PlayStation Blog, each bundle will include the PS5 console, a DualSense Wireless Controller (standard white), and a PS5 software FFXVI voucher card with digital bonus items like Braveheart Weapon, Gil-boost Accessory Cait Sith Charm and Exp-boost Accessory Scholar’s Spectacles. These bundles will be available at PlayStation Authorized Dealers, Sony Stores, and authorized retailers starting on June 22, 2023. Pre-orders will start on May 4, 2023.
The PlayStation Blog (Southeast Asia) revealed that the PS5 Digital Edition Bundle will be priced at (SRP) of SGD 759 / MYR 2,339 / IDR 9,079,000 and the PS5 with Ultra HD Blu-Ray disc drive will be available at SGD 889 / MYR 2,769 / IDR 10,579,000 / THB 20,790.
Aside from the PS5 bundles, it was also revealed that there is a limited edition Final Fantasy XVI-themed DualSense wireless controller and PS5 console cover. Unfortunately, it was confirmed to be exclusively available in Japan.
Final Fantasy XVI launches on June 22, 2023 exclusively on PS5.
