Limited Run Games has recently announced that popular classic titles Gex Trilogy and Tomba are coming back for modern day consoles.

Gex Trilogy and Tomba Brought to Modern Day

During the Limited Run Games 2023 showcase, various game announcements were revealed. The final two announcements were the return of these two popular classic games Gex Trilogy and Tomba. It has been revealed that both games will be coming to the Carbon Engine.  All Gex games will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X. Tomba, on the other hand, will be on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and PS5.

    New Trailers

Two new trailers were shown for both games. The first trailer will be for Gex Trilogy which includes Gex, Gex: Enter the Gecko, and Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko.

Tomba has a trailer too, but it does not show any gameplay yet. It just shows animation and that’s it.

Limited Run Games has been hard at work in restoring and porting classic titles to modern consoles. Other studios have been doing it too like WayForward bringing back Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution and Clock Tower with a remaster. Limited Run Games brings back Castlevania Advance Collection and Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection too.
