Game studio Sucker Punch has recently shared the newest Iki story trailer for upcoming new version Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut.

The new video titled Iki Story Trailer features the semi-fictional island of Iki and what part it plays in Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut. This is a new story expansion featuring Jim and he will encounter new characters, discover new locations, complete new tales, and many more.

Jin will first discover that there is a new mysterious Mongol tribe that has set foot on Iki Island. It is led by the revered shaman called Anksar Khatun aka the Eagle. She is both khatun and shaman, which means she is a conqueror of nations and shepherd of souls. She presents a new type of danger that Jin has never faced before.

The ghost will be returning to Iki Island and meet unlikely characters. He will have to face old fears and unearth deeply buried traumas. Players will be able to go deep into the dark past of the clan Sakai.

Jin will learn new techniques, fight off pirates and smugglers, fend off mad monks, and explore haunted caves. There are also new legends to discover.

Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut will be available on August 20, 2021 for PlayStation 4 and PS5. The former is $59.99 only while the latter is $69.99. Upgrade the original version to the PS4 Director’s Cut for $19.99.
