It is officially happening: Santa Monica Studio has officially confirmed that popular video game God of War (2018) is coming to PC.

It has finally happened. God of War (2018), winner of Game of the Year will grace the PC platform this coming January 14, 2022. After countless rumors and leaks from different sources, it is now becoming true. The best part is there will be no exclusivity for this as it will be available for pre-purchase on both Steam and Epic Game Store.

PC Version Offers Tons of Customizations

Santa Monica Studio confirms that PC players will be able to enjoy the game on true 4K resolution on supported devices with unlocked framerates. They will also have a wide range of graphical presets and options so that they can fine-tune their visual experience based on their setup. They can change their resolution shadows, improve screen space reflections, and more.

It was confirmed that it will have full integration with Nvidia Deep Learning Super Sampling or DLSS, which is available on RTX. It will also have Nvidia Reflex low latency technology. It will have 21:9 ultra-widescreen support for those who have wide-screen monitors.

It will have robust controller support and keyboard mapping customization. Those who will prefer a controller, the game supports DualShock 4 and DualSense wireless controllers in addition to a wide range of other gamepads.
