Before the PlayStation 5 Showcase ended, a teaser was unveiled making fans rave in hype since it was the upcoming sequel God of War Ragnarok.
Another highly-rumored video game sequel, Ragnarok was a sure title to be revealed anytime soon, but the previous livestream did not unveil any hint. This made some fans lose hope, but others were confident that in the next upcoming PS5 videos, there will be some hint. And then it finally came.
The teaser trailer was introduced by Sony Interactive Entertainment President and CEO Jim Ryan.
The teaser only dropped a few lines from presumably the powerful Greek God of War himself Kratos. “The time draws near,” he hushes as the Omega symbol that everyone knows is drawn with the Nordic runes. “You must prepare yourself.”
God of War Ragnarok will launch in 2021 and presumably coming to PlayStation 5.
