Sony Interactive Entertainment is teasing something related to God of War Ragnarök which is now stirring up the gaming community.
The teaser is an image of Thor’s hammer from the game. It was posted in various PlayStation Canada social media accounts, specifically on Instagram and Facebook. The post has this caption: “Forecast calls for a blizzard on 2. 12. 23 (February 12, 2023).” On another message, the PlayStation PR shared a message:
PlayStation invited fans to keep their eyes peeled on its social channels for more surprises and celebrations of fan favorite PS5 games. Today, Odin’s ravens spotted a new teaser on PlayStation Canada’s Instagram and Facebook channels, forecasting a blizzard on Midgard this Sunday night. To see how it all plays out, make sure you tune in to the big game this weekend!
Speculators think this new teaser is a new DLC for God of War Ragnarök but in the past, the developers mentioned that it was difficult to add new content to the game since it looked like the sequel’s story is a closed book already. Others think this is the New Game+ announcement with the official release date. A few of them think this is just the same ad of PlayStation 5 that was shown a few days ago.
Either way, fans are excited of the prospect of a new DLC getting announced.
