Publisher Doublethink Games and independent developer Team Good Knight have announced a release date for their one-button bullet hell game, Good Knight. The game, previously expected to release last September 3rd, will now release on PC (via Steam) on September 17th.
The reason for the delay had something to do with Steam, but the matter seems to have been resolved.
About the Game:
Good Knight is an arcade metal game influenced by games like Super-Hexagon, Castlevania, and Touhou. Players have to use their quickness and agility to dodge bullets and battle in different mysterious hells against giant bosses.
In Good Knight, you only need one button because you only have one job: survive from the Bullet Hell! With this magical button, you are able to face the other direction, attack, speed-down, and unleash sustained attacks.
The game features massive bullets, multiple camera angles, and an original metal soundtrack amongst many other exciting features.
The one button aspect is its most defining feature. How can the game make the simple action of pressing a button a butt clenching fight for survival? You’re just going to have to find out.
