Grand Theft Auto The Trilogy Launched on Steam with Unfixed Bugs

Rockstar has recently released Grand Theft Auto The Trilogy The Definitive Edition on Steam with support for the Steam Deck, but it seems it still has all of the bugs from the latest release.

The game is out now on Steam and will be coming to Epic Games Store later this month. The game has Steam Deck support, which means it will play without fault on the handheld, but it seems there are still problems and it is not from the Steam Deck or PC. It all originates from the game trilogy with all of its bugs in full glory.

Grand Theft Auto The Trilogy 01

All three games can now be purchased on Steam as the whole Grand Theft Auto The Trilogy or can be bought individually. Rockstar Games even threw in a 50 percent discount to entice Steam users to buy and unfortunately for those who got tricked, they got the brunt of the bugs. Grand Theft Auto 3 got mixed reviews while the other 2 titles have mostly positive reviews.

Negative reviews are plenty from Steam and across all three titles from the trilogy. The complaints include various bugs, poor performance, ugly visuals, and the lack of patches.

I respect the company a lot, I admire it, I appreciate its work, I wouldn't even know how to do your great work, but relaunching a product knowing that it is still in poor condition seems unfortunate, inappropriate for a company like yours.

It seems Grand Theft Auto the Trilogy on Steam has not been updated from its original version when it launched on PC via Rockstar’s own launcher.
