Hazelight founder, Josef Fares – the person who also said: “F the Oscars” at The Game Awards 2017, posted over Twitter that the cooperative action-adventure game, A Way Out, just gone gold today, and that he’s excited for the games to hit the shelves next month on March 23. “Gone Gold” usually means the game is ready for disc manufacturing and retail distribution.
A Way Out was first announced at EA Play as part of Electronic Arts’ EA Originals titles.
#awayout has gone golden. I can't even describe my excitement. Get ready on March 23.

The story of A Way Out begins in prison with two separate inmates, Leo and Vincent, who don’t know each other. While their individual stories progress, players will have to build a relationship based on trust as they break both men out of prison into the world beyond. This co-op only experience is meant to be played together with a friend on a couch or online.[/alert]
A Way Out is going to launch for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 23.
