A guide on how to catch all of the starters from the past generation in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: The Indigo Disk

Pokemon Scarlet Violet The Indigo Disk Starters cover

With the release of The Indigo Disk DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, it is now possible to catch all 24 starters from the previous 8 generations, thanks to the Blueberry Academy’s Terrarium. Read ahead as we share how to unlock these starters and where they can be caught in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Indigo Disk DLC.

How to unlock the 24 Pokémon starters

To unlock the 24 Pokémon starters, you must first progress through Indigo Disk’s storyline until you unlock the Blueberry Quests or BBQs. These BBQs are different kinds of objectives that reward BP which is a new currency used within the Blueberry Academy.

Next, you would need to collect a total of 12,000 BP in order to be able to contribute to the biodiversity boosts for all four biomes. These boosts can be enabled from the League Club’s computer, and boosting each biome’s biodiversity will cost 3,000 BP.

Once done, the boosted biome will then start to spawn the Pokémon starters that are specific to that biome. This is a great way to complete all of the starters from the previous generations within one game in case you missed out on the previous raid events or if you don’t have a Home subscription.
