How to Find Seaweed in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamligh Valley Seaweed cover

Seaweed is one of those seemingly ubiquitous and useless things that can just be found lying around the shores. But they will turn out to be quite a necessary thing to collect, and it can get confusing how to get more of them after scouring the entire shoreline.

In this guide, we will be talking about how to get more Seaweeds in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to get Seaweed in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Seaweed can be initially found lying near the shorelines of Dazzle Beach and near the banks of some ponds and rivers in the other areas. These seaweeds can only be picked up from where they are found once and they do not respawn the next day (at least based from our observation for the past few days since writing this guide).

In case you have already picked up all the seaweed, you can still get more of them through fishing. Simply whip out your fishing rod and cast it in any body of water, but do not aim for ripples. Ripples guarantee that you will catch a fish, but casting your line in any other spot on the water will give you a chance of snagging seaweed instead.

Uses for Seaweed

Seaweed is needed to craft Fiber, with a conversion rate of 1 seaweed to 5 fiber. Fiber is a necessary material for a lot of garden and outdoor furniture, some of which will be needed in friendship quests like the quest to fix the garden from WALL-E.
