One of the popular leakers in the gaming industry has recently stated that an Immortals Fenyx Rising sequel is now in the works.
Immortals Fenyx Rising was a good open-world video game, but it did not make a lot of noise in the gaming industry when it launched. It did, however, perform well according to sources and that pushed them to apparently make a sequel.
According to known leaker Tom Henderson, the upcoming sequel is now in the works and actually in the pre-production stages right now. He also mentioned that it is still being developed by Ubisoft and the team is currently hiring more staff to help them in its development.
No other details were shared by Henderson, but the rumor about a potential sequel being worked on is intriguing already. Known to be one of the best games to play for Zelda fans, it did gain some popularity, but it did not really appeal to a lot of gamers. It also had an intriguing DLC called the Lost Gods, which added a twist to the game. So a potential sequel is not too far off.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is already available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
