In Space With Markiplier Part 2 is now out, and of course we’re back to map out all the endings, routes, and outcomes, as well as some Easter eggs that you can stumble upon in this timey-wimey adventure.

If you haven’t seen In Space With Markiplier Part 1 yet, we suggest that you check it out first, see some of its endings, and you can use our In Space With Markiplier Part 1 All Endings Guide if you need some help in reaching the other endings.

For this Part 2 guide, we’re changing the mapping a bit to also include highlighting events or points of interest throughout the story, since the structure between the two parts are slightly different.

SPOILER ALERT: There will be MASSIVE SPOILERS from this point onwards, so if you want to have the full, unadulterated ISWM experience, you have to watch Part 2 first. You can always come back here to see which parts or routes you might have missed.

How many Endings does In Space with Markiplier Part 2 have?

In Space with Markiplier Part 2 only has 1 true good ending. This is without counting the deaths that you as the Captain experienced and the path that loops back to Part 1. All story paths (excluding the path to Part 1) all lead to a single ending.

Counting all the endings that we tallied from Parts 1 and 2, the entire In Space with Markiplier film has 50 endings.

How is an Ending defined?

We define an ending in two ways:

  • Soft ending: These are the endings that result in you, the Captain, dying and resetting. These endings still have a title card at the end that leads to another video.
  • True ending: These are endings that result in the film’s credits and a hard stop.
What are Points of Interest?

Points of Interest are major events in the entire Part 2 story that are notable enough to be mentioned or to be considered as a junction point. There will also be parts where you get warped out before meeting your fate. References to Mark’s other works in the past will also be considered as points of interest.

In Space with Markiplier Part 2 All Endings

Compared to Part 1, there are significantly less deaths and resets in Part 2. However, there are more wormhole split paths in Part 2.

Junction points or videos can have several paths that lead to them and can also have different variations depending on which video you came from. These junction points will also serve as act markers.

First Act

The first act spans from the beginning of the universal reboot up until the bedroom scene with crying Teen Mark.

  • An Evening with Markiplier: Dadiplier tells you a story. Mark then arrives at your door to ask you out for a date and glitches into several Marks with different jobs.

  • In Space with Mack: Mack becomes the head engineer of Invincible II and Mark is nowhere to be found.

  • Successful Colony with Mack: The colonists and crew of Invincible II finds a suitable planet thanks to Mack. He then turns you into his slave and is about to be executed when a wormhole sucks all of you in.

  • Where in the World is Markiplier?: You become an agent in search of Mark Iplier.

  • Wubba Paradox: Bald Wubba and Wubba with Hair meet each other and their meeting causes a paradox and a wormhole.

  • Trapped Tyler: Crew Tyler is trapped behind the access door to the airlock that is about to open up. (Can also be reached by choosing Great Job Mack! > Right)

  • Death by Wug: You open the door to help Crew Tyler out of the airlock. Instead of Crew Tyler, Wug steps out of the airlock and takes over the ship from you. Wug shoots you down.

  • Meet Yancy at the Prison: You pay Yancy a visit at the prison where he is at. He throws a musical number for you.

Camp Markiplier

Second Act

The second act spans from the bedroom scene with crying Teen Mark up to the scene where Lady interrogates Bandit. This junction point can be reached from any of the routes in the first act.

  • Death by Bomb Explosion: You gesture to crying Teen Mark to come over and embrace him. Reality then glitches into Bomb Defusal with Markiplier. You see that you have a bomb about to blow in your hands. You try to defuse the bomb with Mark, but it blows up. This is immediately followed by Camp Markiplier.
    • It’s Ok Mark! You Can Cry!
    • Cut the Blue Wire or Cut the Red Wire
  • Death by Campfire: You grab the yellow wire from the campfire and cut it. The campfire explodes.

    • Cut the Yellow Wire
  • Meet Wilford ‘MOTHERLOVING’ Warfstache: This event comes immediately after the Death by Campfire. This ties the events from the Wilford ‘MOTHERLOVING’ Warfstache video and the Warfstache interview in A Heist in Markiplier.
  • Death by Possessed Mark: You try to call Teen Mark’s attention, but he contorts his body and mauls you down. (Can also be reached through Hunted by HeeHoo)
    • Aww, You Gonna Cry? Little Baby BooHoo? Little Baby Gonna CRY?!
  • Hunted by HeeHoo: You find yourself somewhere in the forest. Scarred Gunther appears and tells you to run. He gets attacked by HeeHoo. (Can also be reached through Camp Markiplier by choosing I Love Scary Stories!)
    • Aww, You Gonna Cry? Little Baby BooHoo? Little Baby Gonna CRY?!
  • Meet Dr. Cecil H.H. Mills: You end up in the house of Dr. Cecil H. H. Mills. You get an ad for Ghost Hunter’s Adventure Club and the Secret of the Grande Chateau. He tries to send you out again by writing down on his notebook and summoning a wormhole. You grab his notebook and quill.

  • Council of Cecils: You write ” The Captain Finds Mark”. Reality breaks and multiple Dr. Cecils appear. Handsome men.

  • Noir Chica and Henry: You write “The Narrator Suffers a Terrible Fate”. Dr. Cecil heads off to fight Shadow Teen Mark. You find yourself in Detective Abe’s office in the Noir Universe. Noir Mark appears pointing a gun. Both Noir Mark and Detective Abe have a standoff, but they suddenly point their guns at you. They glitch out, Mark turns into Henry and Detective Abe turns into Chica.

    • The Narrator Suffers a Terrible Fate
  • Stranded Mark: You find yourself in the dark hallway of the ship and you walk towards the cryo room. You see Stranded Mark. He sees the crystal on your hand and Mark questions you about it. He tries to grab it from you. (Can also be reached from choosing to Run from HeeHoo or through the Council of Cecils.)
    • It’s Ok Mark! You Can Cry!
    • Mark, You Can’t Go Back!
Henry and Chica

Third Act

The third act spans from the scene where Lady interrogates Bandit up until the final videos. This junction point can be reached from any of the routes in the first act.

  • Death by Ship Explosion: You intervene and grab a vent cover to throw at Lady, but it gets deflected. Lady chases you down as she shoots at you. You warp backwards through the hall leading to the warp core. You continue moving backwards in time with Mark through the ship’s rooms and to your respective cryo pods. Time runs forwards again as you and Mark exit your pods. The ship suddenly explodes and you get sent into the wormhole.

  • Game Universe: Immediately follows Death by Ship Explosion. (Can also be reached through Sneak Away > Left or Jimflation > Left)
  • Death by Pokemon Battle: You try to sneak away, but you bumped into something and it falls into a chute. Lady sees you and challenged you to a fight. Everything turns into a Pokemon battle. You try to use an air vent against her, but she uses a gun and it is very effective.

  • Crew Musical: You then end up in the ship’s hallway. Everything is dark. You turn around and see some of your crew and it turns into a musical. It glitches into, country, church choir, death metal, medieval, boogie, weird island theme, etc. This immediately follows the Death by Pokemon Battle.
  • Jimflation: You end up in the USA. Reporter Mark Jim comes in. News runner mentions Invincible 3. A bunch of Jims arrive. Jimflation happens.

  • Space Theory: You end up in Space Theory with MatPat. He gets sucked into the wormhole. (Can also be reached through Intervene > Right > Right)

  • Puppet Universe: You end up in a puppet universe. You meet the Scientist and she leads you to her lab, but you end up running through her kitchens. Lady appears and Scientist shoots, but ends up hitting Lady instead.

  • Wug Hug: You end up in Bandit’s Hideout. You see Wug offering cookies and you take one. Bandit comes in and thanks you for what you have done with the wormholes. Wug tries to hug you, but you warp out.

  • Dying Lady: You end up in the dark room with the warp core. You find a dying Lady leaning on it. She talks to you for a moment, but you get teleported into the wormhole. This can be reached from Wug Hug > Left or from Puppet Universe > Left.
  • Space Was So Cool Song: You see Mark sing Space Was So Cool. (Can also be reached from Wug Hug > Right)

  • Empty Diner with Old Mark: You end up back in the diner’s kitchen, but it’s empty and nobody is around except for Old Mark. He talks to you. You see a small light through the window as he talks. Old Mark drinks from the I Don’t Wanna Be Free mug. Old Mark disappears. This immediately follows either the Dying Lady or the Space Was So Cool Song.
  • Scuffle with Mark: The Narrator speaks. You open a door and end up in the warp core room with a montage of Mark building the warp core. He appears behind you and whacks you in the head. He then takes the warp crystal from your hand. He activates the warp core and tries to go back in time to stop everything. You throw sand into Mark’s face. You mess with the warp core’s terminal and it overloads. A wormhole opens up above it, sucking Mark. You hold on to Mark’s hand, but he tells you to let go. This immediately follows the Empty Diner with Old Mark.
  • Let Go of Mark/Death by Big Bang: You decide to let go of Mark. The warp core initiates a time jump and it disappears from the room. Ms. Whitacare appears and hands you a drink. You glitch out and an explosion in space happens.

  • Hold On to Mark/Death by Big Bang: You hold on to Mark and decide to throw the warp crystal to the wormhole. The wormhole explodes and the warp core is destroyed. Mark gets angry about it, but realizes that everything was his fault. An explosion in space happens.

  • Good Ending: You wake up from cryo sleep with the ship’s status at nominal. Everyone in the ship is safe and alive. They approach you and thank you. The Invincible II arrives at a planet and prepares to colonize. This immediately follows the scene where you hold on to Mark.

In Space with Markiplier Part 2 Post Credits Scene

At the very end of the credits, Old Mark appears and starts dancing. Then, the warp crystal is shown on the ground. A person wearing white shoes and a huge ring approaches and picks it up.
