There are a total of 10 gold doubloons to be found in the Karate Downtown Bikini Bottom world in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake. Read ahead as we share the locations of where they can be found and the steps on how to get to them in this guide.

We recommend to complete the entire story of the game first to unlock all the necessary skills that SpongeBob needs in order to reach the locations of some of these doubloons.

    Doubloon #1 – Movie Hallway

    Doubloon #1 – Movie Hallway

Move through the red carpet and through the crowds until you find Pearl. To the right is a balloon that you can kick to get closer to the exploding tiki. Do so, and once the tiki explodes, enter the air vent. Then make your way over the electrified water by kicking the boards on the wall. At the end of the vent is the doubloon.

    Doubloon #2 – Movie Hallway

Head back to the red carpet where you first saw the balloon, then jump on the button to reveal an aerial obstacle course. Swing and go through the hoops until you land on the platform at the end of the course. You’ll then be transported back to the button where the doubloon is.

    Doubloon #3 – Backlot

    Doubloon #3 – Backlot

In the Backlot, go through the sidescrolling obstacle course and near the middle of the course, stay on the top part and you’ll eventually see a low wall. Jump on it, then jump on the next platform, then finally on to the higher wall where the doubloon is. If you fail to get it, simply restart the course by letting yourself get left behind by the scene.

    Doubloon #4 – Back Alley

    Doubloon #4 – Back Alley

Head to the Back Alley and make your way through the level until you find the first slingshot near the inflatable platform. Use the slingshot, then jump across the platforms to reach the next slingshot. Use this slingshot to launch yourself once more, then double jump across to where the doubloon is.

    Doubloon #5 – Back Alley

Still at the Back Alley, continue making your way through the level until you arrive at the area where you see clotheslines. In the middle of this course, look down to see a slingshot on a floating platform. Use this slingshot to launch yourself to a building, then jump up the platform to reach the doubloon.

Doubloon #6 – First Nautical Bank

Doubloon #6 – First Nautical Bank

Go to the First Nautical Bank and use the slingshot down at the first hole that you see. Then, jump and swing your way to the next building where there is a reef blower. Take the reef blower and step on the pressure pad to summon ninjellies. Suck these ninjellies up to charge the reef blower, then shoot the jelly net across to clear up your path. Make your way to the next reef blower, then step on the pad on the next building to summon more ninjellies. Afterwards, shoot the next jelly net and finally, jump towards the doubloon on top of the huge barrel.

Troubleshooting: If you miss sucking the ninjellies before they despawn, stepping on the pad may not respawn more jellies for your reef blower. If this happens, you will need to move to a completely different world or head back to Bikini Bottom, then revisit First Nautical Bank again to fix the bug.

    Doubloon #7 – Parking Lot

    Doubloon #7 – Parking Lot

In the Parking Lot, jump on top of the floating tiki near the banner. Then, jump on top of the streetlamps until you arrive at the ring of jellies. Finally, hop over the fence to get the doubloon.

Continue to the next section of the parking lot, then go to the left area where you’ll see an ambulance with a button on top. Jump on the button to spawn a reef blower, then use this reef blower to eliminate all the enemies in the parking lot. Once done, you’ll be transported back to the ambulance to get the doubloon.

    Doubloon #9 – Dojo Estate

    Doubloon #9 – Dojo Estate

Make your way through the zen gardens until you arrive at the temple at the end. Near the hole in the wall to the left, use the floating tikis to jump over the wall. Then, kick the balloons until you reach the other side of the temple where the doubloon is.

    Doubloon #10 – Dojo Estate

    Doubloon #10 – Dojo Estate

Move through the hole from earlier and make your way up to the top of the buildings. To the right, you’ll find a start banner and a button. Jump on the button to start an obstacle course. This course is a long one and will have you jump and swing through the buildings. There will be a platform at one point where you’ll have to jump on a bubble board to get to the next swing. Once you make it to the finish line in time, you’ll receive a doubloon as a reward.
