DC Entertainment Vice President of Interactive and Animation Ames Kirshen recently revealed Lego DC Super-Villains. He also revealed more information about the game like its release date.
LEGO DC Super-Villains flips DC universe
Kirshen said that this new video game allows players to play the villain and flips the DC universe upside down. They will explore several notable DC locations starring with the memorable villains. They will get to team up with The Joker, Lex Luthor, Harley Quinn, and other villains to fight against a greater evil.
The game will have an all-new original story. It might have the same idea of Suicide Squad. The story begins with the Justice League suddenly disappearing and replaced by an unknown group of heroes called the Justice Syndicate. The Legion of Doom took notice of their odd behavior, which makes them take the matter into their own hands.
The game will release on Oct. 16 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. It will have several modes: single player and local two-player co-op modes.
