Lords of the Fallen Fixes Sounds Before Release

Hexworks has recently revealed that Lords of the Fallen finally got an upgrade/fix on its sounds before it would be released.

Previously, Lords of the Fallen had interesting criticism from fans who were watching a couple of IGN preview videos of the game. Some stated that the game had weak sound effects especially when the player would hit enemies with their weapons. It did not have the “impact” when an enemy gets hit, which made some curious viewers a bit let down.

Today, Hexworks released a new post on Twitter account of Lords of the Fallen featuring a clip of gameplay that finally fixed the audio of getting hit with a weapon. It now has a sound of that much needed “klang” when metal hits metal. And everyone liked that quick response from the developers.

Comments on the Twitter post were all praises stating the developers did good work on the fix. They were surprised that the fix was quick too, that it took only a few days compared to other studios that would take weeks and sometimes months before a fix similar to this can be made. For this, the community has given a lot of respect for Hexworks and hopefully they would do more in the coming days before the official launch.

Lords of the Fallen launches on October 13, 2023 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
