Mario is back and well things aren’t going smoothly as not only does Mario have a new game, but he is also bringing back some unexpected company. That company is Rabbids. And thus we have Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope Release Date
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope rockets onto the Nintendo Switch system on October 20, 2022. Pre-orders begin today in Nintendo eShop and in the My Nintendo Store.
Mario and Rabbids will team up once more like a new game of theirs will be released this year for the Nintendo Switch titled Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. This new RPG and tactics game is a collaboration between Nintendo and Ubisoft that will bring Mario out of his dimension.
About Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
The motley team of Mario, his friends, and the heroic Rabbids – now joined by Bowser – blast off for a galactic adventure in the latest Mario + Rabbids game! The galaxy is in a universe of trouble when a dark entity, Cursa, wants to absorb all its energy. In doing so, it will try to capture the Sparks, creatures born from the merging of Lumas and Rabbids, and drain them of their energy, too. Now, the team must travel the cosmos to save the Sparks from Cursa’s grasp and fight back in tactical, dynamic battles. Lead a team of three heroes and use a variety of tools to navigate the battlefield, flank your foes and find opportunities to thwart them.
Story
Cursa, a mysterious and malevolent entity seeks out energy to further its nefarious plans, plunging the galaxy into chaos. Twisting the planets with its evil influence, it’s determined to consume all the energy of the Sparks, uncanny creatures formed by the fusion of Lumas and Rabbids, and destroy all who stand in its way. To bring order back to the galaxy and save the Sparks, Mario, and their friends team up with Rabbids heroes on a journey through mysterious and ever-surprising planets.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will be released on October 20, 2022, for the Nintendo Switch. The game will be available in standard and gold editions. The gold edition will have the following:
