Marvel’s Midnight Suns Nintendo Switch Version Gets Canceled

2K Games and Firaxis have officially announced that Marvel’s Midnight Suns Nintendo Switch version is no longer on the table.

It seems Firaxis has finally abandoned the plan to put the game on Nintendo Switch as this particular Marvel’s Midnight Suns version has been canceled. The developers have not disclosed the reason for the cancelation in the latest press release, but it could be that putting the game on this platform was nigh impossible.

On the other hand, the PS4 and Xbox One versions are finally getting a release date. These versions will now be released on Thursday, May 11, 2023, which coincides with the launch of the fourth post-launch DLC for the game, Blood Storm. Players will be introduced to Storm as a playable hero and will get new missions.

After completing all DLC story missions for Deadpool, Venom, Morbius, and Storm, there will be a final mission to complete which will pit players against an “age-old monster of myth”.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is out now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S while the PS4 and Xbox One versions launch on May 11, 2023 together with the Blood Storm DLC.
