Mojang Studios has recently announced Minecraft Batman DLC.
The newest DLC for the popular video game Minecraft involves the Dark Knight aka Batman. He is also called the Caped Crusader for the obvious reason that he wears a cape and does a lot of vengeance things. Yeah. Vengeance.
With the new DLC, Minecraft players will get to experience Gotham City as they have never seen it before. They can climb its blocky rooftops or speed the Batmobile to check out the iconic locations in Gotham City like Wayne Tower and the Monarch Theater to track down the most insidious villains. They will be taking on the role of Batman and will help Alfred Pennyworth to complete several missions.
The story begins in the Batcave where a new Nether portal experiment was stopped by some criminals. Now, they have kidnapped Alfred and trapped him in the Nether. It will up to the players to track the villains through the dark city streets, recover the obsidian blocks, rebuild the portal, and rescue Alfred.
Gotham City will have mobs that have joined forces with the DC Super-Villains like Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, the Penguin, and more.
The DLC comes with a skin pack that includes 18 skins like Robin, Batwoman, Batgirl, Catwoman, and many more. Start the Batman adventure by heading to the Minecraft Marketplace but it is currently not available on Nintendo Switch, which will be released later.
Minecraft is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
