Monster Hunter Wilds is ready to go all out. Recently at the State of Play 2024 event, Capcom officially announced its release date and showed a preview of the story campaign the game will upon its launch.
This new trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds has revealed two new monsters that players will face off in the game. First off is the Arkveld. This monster is not only considered the White Wraith amongst hunters, but it debuts itself as the game’s flagship monster. This monster with imposing chain-like wings hails from a long-extinct species with an ecology shrouded in mystery.
The 2nd monster revealed in the trailer is the Uth Duna. This Leviathan-type monster reigns as the apex of the Scarlet Forest. Appearing during the region’s Inclemency known as the Downpour, Uth Duna creates crashing waves and protects itself with a veil of water created from an ingredient secreted from its body.
Monster Hunter Wilds will be out on February 28, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC Via Steam. Pre-order the game and receive the Guild Knight Layered Armor Set and the Talisman Hope Charm as bonuses for pre-ordering ahead of the launch.
