Overwatch 2 Season 5 Adds New ‘Devilish’ Reinhardt Skin and More Content

Blizzard Entertainment has recently revealed the upcoming Overwatch 2 Season 5 skins for select characters including an awesome costume for Reinhardt.

Overwatch 2 Season 5 Fantasy Skins

Overwatch 2 Season 5 is still ongoing and marketing is going strong with Blizzard revealing new content along the way. This time, the skins have a theme of fantasy for a few characters. These skins are for Tracer, Orisa, Genji, and the best one is for Reinhardt with his hulking stature.

    New Skins Based on Fantasy

For Genji the Knight, his skin seems to be based on Robin Hood with a green coat, and flannel. For Tracer the Sorcerer Elf, they look like a costume for a sorceress with elf ears. Orisa the Gryphon looks like a griffin with a beak and small blue wings on its back. The last one is for Reinhardt which makes him the Demon Lord Reinhardt. With large red armor, his skin is colored red, and he wears horns and a crown with a ruby in the center. His hammer also looks heavy and dangerous.

Season 5 is a Filler Says Fans

Even though the new skins look great, it seems Season 5 has a very lukewarm response from fans. Their whole impression of it is more of a filler season and not a full-fledged one. The controversy of scrapping the Hero mode might have affected this, which has made fans abandon this game and look for other games to play. Some are still staying, but it seems others are now moving on to other titles.

Hopefully, the next season will let Overwatch 2 bounce back again, but that might be quite a long shot.

Overwatch 2 is now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
