Blizzard has recently teased that Overwatch 2 Season 7 will do a crossover with Diablo 4.
A new post on the official Twitter account of Overwatch has announced Overwatch 2 Season 7: Rise of Darkness. It will be released on October 10, 2023, which is to celebrate the upcoming Halloween season. The post had a clip attached to it, teasing the various changes coming to the game and the character who will have a certain costume available for them.
The teaser reveals a new Moira skin inspired by Diablo 4’s powerful villain Lilith. Other changes include a scary new version of the Blizzard World map and an updated version of Overwatch’s Halloween PvE event game mode, Junkenstein’s Revenge. This new mode will be taking place inside the Tristram Cathedral section of the Blizzard theme park-inspired map and will feature Diablo-like Town Portals.
Overwatch has already gotten various Diablo skins over the years like Demon Hunter Sombra, Butcher Roadhog, and Barbarian Zaria.
