SEGA has officially confirmed that Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis will be coming to the PlayStation consoles.
While the PS4 versions have not released for the rest of the world previously, today is a whole new celebration for the upcoming launch of Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis global version. SEGA confirmed this as part of the Anime Expo 2022 announcements. PSO2NG PS4 is finally going to be available outside of Japan for the first time.
Fans of the popular MMORPG will have to wait for a little longer as the it will appear on the PlayStation Store on August 31, 2022.
While this is good news for the PlayStation side, there is no word on the Nintendo Switch version getting launched outside Japan. The Japanese can play the cloud version of the MMORG on the go with the Switch. There could be news at a later time though.
Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis will be available on the PS4 worldwide this coming August 31, 2022.
