A new rumor revealed that the next PlayStation Showcase airing date will be announced soon.
Twitter user Mr. Deezy, a leaker that has a source that shared trusted information about certain details related to PlayStation events and others, has revealed that the next PS event will be revealed soon and its airing date will be announced sometime later this week. He specifically stated that it could be somewhere between Thursday or Friday.
As for the airing date of the PlayStation Showcase, it was rumored that it will be between July 6 – 12, but the exact date has not been leaked yet. The showcase will run around 80-90 minutes long with new announcements of games for the rest of the year and 2022.
If this rumor is true, then we might be getting news about upcoming PlayStation exclusives like God of War: Ragnarok, Final Fantasy XVI, Horizon: Forbidden West, GT7, and possibly the confirmation of the rumor that Bluepoint Games has been acquired by PlayStation Studios.
