Yesterday, October 25, Sony published an update for the PS4. The latest firmware allows you to access the version 4.05 of the current console from the company, although this is a minor update that has no significant changes for the user.
The new patch of the system mainly deals with improving the firmware stability and to improve the user experience for players and as stated in the description of the update, it states that “This system software update improves the quality of the system performance.”

The firmware 4.05 version for PlayStation 4 has a weight of 297MB and can be downloaded by connecting your console to the Internet. It is highly recommended to do this update because otherwise you can not simply sign in to PlayStation Network to play online for example.
