Insomniac Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment have revealed the new PS5 Console Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Bundle and the game’s story trailer.
PS5 Console Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Bundle
The new PS5 Console Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Bundle features a custom PS5 console cover design and matching DualSense wireless controller. According to the PlayStation Blog, the front cover of the PS5 shows the symbiote tendrils creeping closer to the Spider-Man icon. At the back of the console, the symbiote has complete bonded it with black color with the iconic white Spider-Man icon from Insomniac’s Advanced Suit on display. The DualSense wireless controller has a larger part of it being taken over by the symbiote with the same white Spider-Man icon at the center.
“The design was inspired by the in-game symbiote that’s taking over the console and controller, but you can still see some of the underlying red under the tendrils. This represents the various ways players will experience the symbiote takeover in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Limited Edition Contents
The PS5 Console Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Bundle includes the limited edition PS5 console, a limited edition DualSense wireless controller, and a voucher for a digital copy of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Standard Edition.
PS5 Covers and Separate DualSense Controllers
Players who already have a PS5 console can get the PS5 console covers based on the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 limited editions for Digital Edition and Disc Edition. The DualSense Wireless Controller Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition is also sold separately.
When Can We Pre-Order the Bundle?
Pre-orders will start on July 28, 2023. US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Portugal can get these items from PlayStation at direct.playstation.com or at other select retailers.
New Trailer to Watch
Aside from the limited edition bundles, a new story trailer for the upcoming Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 was released. It features how Peter Parker and Harry Osborn reunite after a long time and finally meet with Miles Morales. From there, new details were teased in the trailer like MJ investigating Kraven, the first appearance of the symbiote, and more.
Marvel’s Spider Man 2 launches on October 20, 2023 exclusively on PS5.
