Based on records on an independent tracker website, Resident Evil 4 Remake has broken a new record on Steam.
According to the famous tracker website SteamDB, CAPCOM’s Resident Evil 4 Remake is now Resident Evil series’ largest Steam launch ever. Only a few could come close to its big record.
It was revealed that Resident Evil 4 Remake concurrent player count right now is 140,066 and it is still rising by the hour. The game’s all-time peak a few minutes ago is currently 140,240. Other titles do not even come close with Resident Evil Village having a peak of 106,631 players, Resident Evil 2 Remake with 74,226 players, and Resident Evil 3 Remake with 60,293 players.
This just says that Resident Evil 4 Remake is the most awaited remake of all the RE classics. Its original version was also quite popular too. Dead Space Remake, EA’s big horror title only gained 30,925 concurrent players on launch day.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
