Streaming service Netflix has recently released a short clip of the upcoming CGI film Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness.
This new clip showcases what the first 3 minutes of the film will look like, which is a bit of a teaser of what is to come next month. It focuses on the US military soldier’s story where he was on a mission on the fictional Republic of Penamstan way back in October 2000. He tells this story to protagonist Leon S. Kennedy who is looking for some clues on what Umbrella is up to these days.
The next film will take place several years after the events of RE4 and serves the US President as a bodyguard for the second time around. Claire Redfield is also doing her own investigation and has picked up the trailer with her new clues.
Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness airs on Netflix on July 8.
