Resident Evil Village Bigger Than RE7: Biohazard

According to Resident Evil Village Producer Peter Fabiano in an exclusive interview, the new iteration will be larger than what players experienced in RE7: Biohazard.

It was confirmed by Fabiano that RE Village will be bigger than RE7: Biohazard in terms of content and the location. There will be lots of areas to explore compared to the previous title.

The game will now be set in a mysterious village somewhere in the Eastern European countryside. It will be a direct follow up to the story of RE7: Biohazard. It will also follow the story of Ethan and Mia.

Fabiano shared that the team wanted to keep Ethan Winters as the focus of the series because “The Team grew quite attached to Ethan as a character so we knew we wanted to continue his story arc.”

There is also the trend of Lady Dimitrescu and her two daughters being popular online these days.

Resident Evil Village will be available on May 7 on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
