Every announcement from Sony’s State Of Play – October 2021

Sony PlayStation’s State of Play this month was merely below 30 minutes, and there were few announcements but the show didn’t include any updates on God of War: Ragnarok or what Bluepoint Games is up to. Rather, we have gotten mostly indie updates during this month’s State of Play and not everyone is happy with today’s show.

However, it’s also worth noting that a new Star Ocean game was announced, and the critically acclaimed Death’s Door was revealed to launch on PlayStation.

Here are our coverage of all the announcements earlier during the State of Play show:

    • Deathverse: Let It Die Launching Next Year on PS4 and PS5
    • Star Ocean The Divine Force Announced at State of Play
    • The King of Fighters XV Open Beta Announced with New Character Reveal
    • Bugsnax Gets Big Free Update Adding Isle of BIGsnax
    • Death’s Door Coming to PS4 and PS5 Next Month
    • Little Devil Inside World Map Detailed in New Trailer
    • First Class Trouble Confirmed Coming to PS Plus
    • Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach New Trailer Revealed
    • KartRider Drift Launches on PS4 in 2022
    • We Are OFK Indiepop Music Biopic Game Launching on PS4 and PS5

How can I watch the October 2021 State of Play?

The State of Play broadcast was scheduled for October 27, 2021, at 2:00 PM PT / 5:00 PM ET. Viewers anticipated a better line-up of announcements and were left disappointed with what was shown during the broadcast.
