Game company Electronic Arts has recently reported that video game Star Wars: Battlefront 2 has gained over 19 million players after its free launch on Epic Games Store.
After a full week since its launch on the Epic Games Store as a free game, the Celebration Edition of the game has gained a lot of players. There was at one time the servers could not keep up with the numerous logins after it was launched on the PC platform. This was a big success for EA and they celebrated for its new record.
EA thanked everyone for the continued support even if they have released their final content a while ago. They also promised that they will continue to support the game with its servers and it is apparent more players will be playing now.
Star Wars: Battlefront 2 is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Origins and Epic Games Store.
