EA is planning to add a new feature to Star Wars Jedi Survivor soon which will help players who have certain “fears”.
Many developers have started introducing more accessibility features into their games to make them more accessible to more players who have different conditions. It gives them aid and convenience to play their favorite games easier just like how normal gamers would do. Respawn Entertainment is one of those developers who are advocating for such features in their games and lately, its recent entry Star Wars Jedi Survivor is getting the treatment, but with this one special accessibility setting.
According to IGN, the developers are planning to release a new arachnophobia setting in the upcoming updates. When players toggle this feature on, all of the spider-like enemies will be removed from the game. After a few players complained that they were having difficulty completing certain stages due to the monsters that looked similar to spiders they have encountered, it was decided to create this feature for their convenience.
While this is quite a great feature to have, it is still not clear how this will play out whether the enemies will be replaced by another creature or it will be gone forever.
Star Wars Jedi Survivor is out now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
