You get to relive the pivotal moment in the Skywalker Saga as Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith makes its way back to theaters on April 25, 2025! For only one week, select theaters in the U.S. and international territories will screen the film, offering Star Wars fans a chance to experience the epic transition of the most beloved hero in the Star Wars universe in immersive 4DX.
Renowned graphics artist, Matt Ferguson, made a new poster art for the film’s re-release event, and it’s probably the best poster I’ve ever seen for a Star Wars film. It features the mask of Darth Vader looming over Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen), capturing his descent to the dark side.

Ferguson shared with StarWars.com that this poster was particularly challenging, noting, “The space battle and Mustafar elements are all really complicated, with way more ships and explosions than on my other Star Wars posters. It’s the movie where it all really unravels for Anakin.”
Set against the backdrop of the Clone Wars, Revenge of the Sith portrays the dramatic downfall of the Jedi Order and the rise of the Galactic Empire. As the Republic crumbles under the weight of the Separatist conflict and the machinations of the Sith, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker succumbs to the dark side, becoming Darth Vader, the apprentice of Emperor Palpatine.
Don’t miss this limited opportunity to experience Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith in theaters once again, especially in the groundbreaking 4DX format. Check your local listings for showtimes starting April 25, 2025!
