PlayStation has finally pinned the official Stray release date.
What makes Stray the most anticipated PlayStation game this year, you say? If you were able to play as a cute and adorable feline and get to explore a strange yet big world in its shoes (paws), then that is the only reason you need to anticipate this for this year.
In seriousness, Stray is finally getting the official release date after PlayStation quietly updated it on a new post they shared on their official Twitter account. The clip revealed it will be launching this summer 2022, which means it will be just months ahead when it launches. No specific month or day though, but at least it gets narrowed down.
There were other games that got mentioned too like We Are OFK and Cult of the Lamb. The former also launches sometime in summer 2022 while the latter launches in fall 2022.
Stray is developed by BlueTwelve Studio. It involves a stray cat that gets lost in a city where only robots live in it, but something sinister lurks in the shadows. Explore the world in the cat’s paws and find your way home.
