Square Enix has recently released a new teaser trailer for the NFT game Symbiogenesis and it has promised a ridiculous amount of characters involved.
Symbiogenesis is the first attempt of Square Enix in creating a game using NFTs and blockchain technology. This is a rather controversial topic for the gaming community which has divided it into two. The publisher describes it as a narrative-unlocked NFT entertainment.
Square Enix states that this game will be a completely new form of NFT-based entertainment. It will include 10,000 collectible artworks. They claim that these characters will have a unique design with various races and professions. The images can be used as social media profile pictures.
The game will have six chapters and the 10,000 characters will be sold as each chapter gets revealed. Players will be able to progress through the main story and missions while also unlocking the stories held by the characters. They will be able to find some items hidden throughout the Floating Continent. Lastly, it was revealed that the ending of the story can be determined by joining the World Mission.
