Tekken 8 fans have recently uncovered some unannounced playable fighters with the help of a Cheat Engine.
Tekken 8 Unannounced Playable Fighters List Uncovered
The Cheat Engine was used to dig into the game’s files, which uncovered potentially unannounced playable characters. Players used the recent PS5 Tekken 8 closed network test which ran from July 21 to 24, 2023. Their findings were shared on Discord which featured a list of character files that might be coming to the game. It includes characters like Shaheen (Tekken 7), Raven (Tekken 5), Zafina (Tekken 6), Yoshimitsu (Tekken), Steve (Tekken 4), and Alisa (Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion).
List Still Incomplete?
The fans did note that the leaked list is still incomplete because it does not have popular series mainstays like Kuma. While the list has not been officially confirmed yet, it is an interesting discovery and paves the way for what to expect in future announcements.
Another Closed Network Test
It was also confirmed recently that another closed network test will be running on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on July 28 to 31, 2023. Tekken 8 still does not have a release date, but the announcement should be soon.
