The Last of Us Part 1 Two-Hour Trial Now on PS Plus Premium

Subscribers of PS Plus Premium can now play The Last of Us Part 1 two-hour trial.

The PS5 remake of the original The Last of Us game is now available on PS Plus Premium, the top-tier version of the PS Plus subscription. This is not the full version, unfortunately, but only a two-hour-long trial of the title. PS Plus Premium offers such services to its subscribers aside from cloud streaming and old-school titles from the PS12, PS2, PSP, and PS3 console eras.

The release of this trial seems to coincide with the official broadcast of HBO’s TV adaptation of The Last of Us episode one. It aired recently on Sunday night and everyone is very impressed with its adaptation to the TV screen. Our resident reviewer also gave it five stars (top score) saying that it has “started off strong with a stunning cast and how well it managed to maintain the consistency of the tone and storytelling from the video game we all know and love.”

The Last of Us Part 1 has been acclaimed by many as a faithful remake of the original game, which was first released way back in 2013 on the PS3 console and then remastered on the PS4 later that year. This latest version offers modern visuals, improved game speeds, new controls, and modern controls that The Last of Us Part 2 had.

The Last of Us Part 1 is now available on PS4 with a PC version coming to Steam and Epic Games Store on March 3, 2023.
