New characters have been announced for Marvel Rivals. One of them has already been revealed in the cinematic trailer of Marvel Rivals and the other is a mammal that no one ever expected to see, including me.
Marvel Rivals Adds Jeff & Thor
The Asgardian god of Thunder, Thor has officially joined Marvel Rivals. Debuting in Journey into Mystery #83, the Asgardian god wields his mighty hammer and clashes against the likes of his half-brother, Loki, and protects both Asgard and Earth from villainy.
Another Marvel hero will also join the roster and is someone unexpected and that is Jeff. Jeff was a Land Shark adopted by Gwenpool during her time on the West Coast Avengers. Debuting in West Coast Avengers #7, he proudly dances around and sings to celebrate the arrival of more heroes to come in Marvel Rivals. Both Jeff & Thor will be added to the roster and are playable on the beta test on July 27.
Marvel Rivals is set to be released soon for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam & Epic Games). More news about the game can be found on their main website.
