Avada Kedavra

As one of the 3 unforgivable curses of the Wizardly World, this spell will instantly kill a single enemy. Learning this spell is a cheat to many and if used the Avada Kedavra Mastery, multiple enemies that are in a cursed state can be instantly killed.

Arresto Momentum

To slow down enemies and objects, Arresto Momentum is a spell that can be used to give extra time to make the next move. Useful in solving puzzles and surprising enemies from afar and combined with Slowing Curse, a time-consuming effect with leaving enemies in a state of fear for a while.

Bombardo

Destroying enemies and obstacles that hinder a character’s progress is what Bombardo can do. This spell can blast multiple enemies at once and combined with its mastery talent, its area of effect can increase greatly.

Crucio

Another unforgivable curse can be learned in Hogwarts Legacy and it is Crucio as this spell is so painful to use as it Causes most enemies to writhe in pain as they take damage over time. Also, curses the victim, and cursed enemies take extra damage, and combined with its mastery talent, striking any enemy that is cursed by Crucio releases a projectile that can curse a nearby enemy.

Combined with its mastery talent, not only does it boost its range but also pierces enemies as well.

Disarming enemies is the perfect way to ensure that enemies are stunned leaving them vulnerable to incoming attacks and the perfect spell to use is Expelliarmus. Combine with the dark arts talent, Disarming Curse, the spell can deal damage while disarming an enemy.

Stupefy

This simple spell stuns enemies and makes them easy targets for follow-up spells. It deals no direct damage, but stunned enemies take extra damage. As a good note, when successfully deflecting an incoming attack with Protego, make sure to be ready to cast a Stupefy counter-attack at whichever enemy you choose to target especially combined with the Stunning Curse.
