Microsoft has now added more free games to Xbox Game Pass May 2023 lineup including sports, building an empire, collecting monsters, having an adventure in a magical world, and more.
Seven new titles will be added to the Xbox Game Pass May 2023 lineup soon with one game getting added today. The first game coming to be available today via Xbox Game Pass is FIFA 23 which will be available on console and PC via EA Play.

Eastern Exorcist is coming to console and PC on May 18, 2023. Players will be plunged into a fictitious eastern world invaded by powerful demon monsters. Players will be taking on the role of a skilled exorcist who must fight against these evils.
Ghostlore will be coming to consoles on May 18, 2023. It is also now available on PC Game Pass. This has an Eastpunk Action-RPG vibe where players fight monsters based on Southeast-Asian folklore. It is inspired by classic ARPG titles like Diablo 2 and Titan Quest, this game offers a detailed item and character customization system, procedurally generated maps, and an aesthetic of the 90’s.
Planet of Lana launches on console and PC on May 23, 2023 and will be available on day one with Game Pass. This cinematic puzzle adventure stars Lana and her companion Mui who go on an adventure that takes them across the strange and magical world called Lana.
Cassette Beasts will join the lineup on May 25, 2023 for consoles. It was recently added to PC Game Pass and now to consoles. Players collect monsters to use during turn-based battles as they explore an open-world RPG, Cassette Beasts.
Massive Chalice launches on May 25, 2023 for Cloud and consoles. This is a tactical strategy game set on an epic timeline. Players will take on the role of an Immortal Ruler of a powerful nation and command its heroes, forge heroic marriages to strengthen Bloodlines, and battle the Cadence.
Railway Empire 2 will be available on day one with Game Pass on May 25, 2023 for Cloud, Console, and PC. Players will be building their own companies and growing to become the largest railway company on the continent and outsmart their competitors. Connect cities, and companies with an ever-expanding network of rail lines, bridges, and tunnels.
Chicory: A Colorful Tale launches for consoles and PC on May 30, 2023. It is a top-down adventure game in a coloring book world where players can draw on anything. They can use their painting powers to explore new areas, solve puzzles, and help their friends.
