Head of Xbox Phil Spencer recently posted on social media that the launch of the next-gen consoles Xbox Series X/S is the largest launch in Xbox history.
Spencer thanked everyone for supporting Microsoft and their latest products, the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. He revealed that in 24 hours more new consoles in more countries than ever before. They did not reveal any figures though. Then there is the shortage of supply, which they already warned ahead due to the global pandemic happening and other circumstances.
The Xbox head promised that they are currently working with retail to resupply as quickly as possible. Hopefully more units will be shipped later on as it seems everyone wants to have their own next-gen Xbox consoles as well.
Xbox Series X/S is now available worldwide.
