How to Unlock Fast Travel in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
You can unlock fast travel in Tears of the Kingdom after completing the first three shrines in the Great Sky Islands: Gutanbac Shrine, In-Isa Shrine, and Ukouh Shrine. Completing each shrine will give Link a new ability and the Light of Blessing.
After completing the three shrines, Link must open the door inside the Temple of Time. However, Rauru will appear to tell Link that he can’t open the doors until he visits the fourth shrine.
