To complete the Jochi-iu Shrine and solve the Courage to Pluck puzzle, you will have to basically play Jenga and take out metal bars from a stack of bars.

Use Ultrahand and go for the bars that are either on levels that have three bars on them, or on levels that have two bars that still have the middle bar intact. You only need to pull out at least 2 bars to solve the puzzles.

On the left hand side of the tower, five levels from the ground, take out the bars carefully to make a chest drop. This chest contains a Large Zonaite.

Use one bar as a ramp to reach the chest on the higher level. This chest contains a Zonaite Bow.

Using the two bars, lay them end to end at the electric nodes to make the electricity flow and activate the moving platform.

Ride the platform towards the tower and grab the ball on top of it. Take the ball over to the hole on the ground to open the gate to the statues. Finally, get your Light of Blessing to complete the shrine.
