The Tukarok Shrine is among the various shrines that can be found on the Hyrule region in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This shrine challenges those who enter it on how to move a huge ball forward and over many different obstacles.
Read ahead as we go through the steps on how to solve the challenge of the Tukarok Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Tukarok Shrine Location
The Tukarok Shrine can be located east-southeast of the Lookout Landing, and is close to the Stables.
How to solve the Tukarok Shrine
Once you enter the Tukarok Shrine, you will immediately see the end goal of the challenge and the statue room to the left side. Continue moving towards the end of the room to get to the next room where the first obstacle is at.
For the first obstacle, you will need to bring the large ball and take it across the lava pool. Use the already built vehicle and stick the ball on top of its platform. Then, carry the vehicle close to the edge of the pool and hop on it; make sure that the arrows depicted on the side of the tires are pointing to the direction that yo are supposed to go. Once you’re set, hit one of the wheels with your weapon to activate all of the wheels and make the vehicle cross the pool.
Once you are across the pool, take off the ball from the vehicle for now. The next obstacle will require you to bring the ball on top of the higher level in the room. In order to do this, you need to grab the wheel and attach it to the side of the slab that rides on the rail on the side, making sure that the arrow on the wheel remains pointed forward.
Then, take the long plank near the ladders and attach its long thin side on the side of the wheel. Then, place the ball on top of the slab. Once everything is set, hit the wheel with your weapon and it should rotate the plank like a paddle to make its way across the slanted grates, all the way to the top. Climb the ladder nearby and then free the ball from the slab to continue on to the next obstacle.
For the final obstacle, you will need to bring the ball over a pool of water using the pre-built rafts. Before doing anything, look below the water in between the two rafts to find a sunken chest that contains a Strong Zonaite Sword.
To solve this obstacle, attach the long planks on the side of the wheels on one raft, still with the long thin side touching the wheels, creating two paddles on both sides. Then, attach the ball on the raft and hit the wheel with your weapon to activate them. Your raft should then move across the water to the other side of the pool. Try to deactivate the wheel once you’re close to the other side to prevent the paddles from getting caught on the bank and flipping the raft over.
Finally, bring the ball over to the hole near the entrance to open the gate to the statues and receive your Light of Blessing.
