This mechanical wolf-like beast is what you call a ghost in Horizon. It lives up to its name, it stalks you as its prey, and it kills you silently with one big laser shot. This is probably the next dangerous mech you’ll ever encounter. Even if there are not much Stalker sites, they usually gather in the most heavily guarded places like the ZETA Cauldron entrance and the path to GAIA Prime. You’ll first encounter the Stalker in a quest where you are looking for the group of Nora convoy that was attacked, and you had to chase a thief who stole their things – who is eventually killed by the first Stalker you get to fight. Stalkers can also deploy mines when escaping which makes a them versatile.
