Game company SEGA recently released the latest update in Japan for Valkyria Chronicles 4: version 1.01. They also released new content for the PlayStation 4 console, a sneak peak on the upcoming DLC, and more.
Valkyria Chronicles 4 update 1.01 now available
SEGA recently released update 1.01 in Japan to support the first DLC of the video game. The game company did not specify the tweaks and additions that were included in the new update, aside from the support for the latest content.
New video for DLC 2
The game company revealed a new video that showcased the upcoming second DLC called Squad E’s Absent Captain. It will be released on April 5 for 1,000 yen or a part of the Season Pass, which costs 4,000 yen.
PS4 themes available
SEGA released tons of PS4 themes on the Japanese PlayStation Store with the focus of several characters in the game. The total number of themes is 13 and each costs 300 yen. The bundled theme price is 2,500 yen. Interested buyers must have a Japanese PSN account to purchase them.
The PS4 version of the video game was recently released in Japan. A Switch version will be released this coming summer. The western version will be released this coming fall on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch.
