Game company Rockstar Games recently launched the winter weather setting in popular online multiplayer Red Dead Online.

The multiplayer aspect of the video game will be getting the winter weather setting with limited-time Festive Showdown Modes, decorations at the Camp and Moonshining Shack, free gifts, and many more to celebrate the holidays.
While traveling through the land, players will hear piano players in the saloons playing festive songs to celebrate the holidays. Players are warned that the changing of seasons will bring harsh weather to the frontier. They are advised to wear proper attire and keep the campfire warm.
Showdown modes added
There will be three showdown modes, well winter versions of Spoils of War, Up in Smoke, and Overrun. PlayStation 4 players will get exclusive access to another variation of Gun Rush, Make it Count, and Last Stand. These can be accessed from the Online Menu and will end by January 6, 2020.
Free bonuses
Players of the online mode can get a special seasonal Gift Chest between Dec. 23 to 25. It includes provisions and other items like:

There will be tons of seasonal offerings that will be awarded to all players who have logged in and played on or after Dec. 13. There is still time to claim the other gifts below. They only need to play the online mode by Jan. 6 and check the Benefits section of the Main Menu.

Playing the online game mode between Dec. 13 and Jan. 6 will reward players with a 1,000 XP for each of the four Specialists Roles available in the online mode: Moonshiner, Bounty Hunter, Trader, and Collector.
Players can take 5 Gold bars off the cost of the Butcher’s Table and 25% off the cost of the Medium Delivery Wagon, the Bounty Hunter variant of the Schofield Revolver, and the Collector variant of the Lancaster Repeater. This will also end by Jan. 6.
The full game is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
