Can you think of anything more iconic for The Last of Us than its moody acoustic guitar theme? If not, there’s some good news in it for you. The man who composed it, Gustavo Santaolalla, is joining the team making the HBO TV Series. This was announced by Neil Druckmann himself on Twitter.
What’s even better is that the Neil Druckmann, the creative director for The Last of Us, himself will be co-writing the show. With all the talent on board, The Last of Us HBO holds a lot of promise.
Before you get too excited though, there is no announcement of show entering production just yet. And it may be a while before we hear some updates about this. But stay tuned.
